How it works

A simple credit system for all your videos

Our solution runs on a prepaid credit bank system. Credits are deducted from your bank as videos are produced. You will have access to a document that is updated with every credit transaction. This system allows us to start working as soon as we receive your request.

Credits never expire — once purchased, they are yours to use at your own pace.

Credits can be split across multiple videos, giving you full flexibility over your production.

Credit usage

How credits are used

Standard

Most animated videos fall into this category. With a pace of 5-7 screens per minute, these videos are perfect for communicating information in pitches, presentations, e-learning, etc.

Plus

Some videos need to be more dynamic and polished. This tier offers a faster pace of 12+ screens per minute with more refined design, animation, and sound. Ideal for ads or product launches.

Standard credits / minute Plus credits / minute
Production * 1 ** 2
Translation 0.5 1
Alternate format 0.5 1
Subtitling 0.25 0.25
Modifications 0.25 to 0.5 0.5

* Production includes all necessary steps to create the video: scripting, design and storyboard, narration, animation, and music.

** Minimum of 2 minutes per video.

Frequently asked questions

Do credits expire?

No. Credits have no end date. Once purchased, they are yours to use whenever you need them.

Can I split credits across multiple videos?

Yes. Your credits can be distributed across as many videos as you need. For example, a 5-credit bank could fund two 2-minute standard videos and one 1-minute enrichment.

What counts as an adjustment vs. an out-of-process change?

Reasonable adjustments are included at every step of the process. However, out-of-process requests — which require going back to a previously approved step — are charged between 0.5 and 1 credit. Examples include: text changes after narration is recorded, design changes after animation is completed, or major content revisions after the storyboard is delivered.

What are the rules for using content produced with artificial intelligence?

To produce your videos, we use a wide range of techniques and methods, including different artificial intelligence tools like Midjourney. The rules applicable to images generated by these tools are similar to those that apply to photos purchased from image banks or illustrations created by an illustration firm; you obtain the right to use the images, without obtaining the copyright. These images can be used for commercial purposes in your training videos, advertisements, and other products without requiring attribution.
